Short and sweet today - just wanted to mention Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint, it's a franchise started by the founder of Moe's Southwest Grill and it is a favorite around here.
The restaurant offers tons of difference options and allows to you choose your own or opt for one of their Signature Pizzas. My favorite aspect (of course) is the fact that they have so many gluten free options available including a crust that is, to put it simply, heavenly.

The chain is growing rapidly but at this point I think they're only located in Kentucky and Georgia...Here are all the specific locations via the Uncle Maddio's website.
Last perk, if you like them on facebook you get a free 9 inch pizza. Not too shabby!
